How we work
You contact us, we agree the route, mode and paperwork together, and an administrator registers your shipment. Nothing is booked blindly online.
Why it matters
International shipping has too many moving parts for a form alone. A named agent can spot a customs problem before cargo leaves, not after.

Is Universal Delivery Cargo a carrier or an agency?
We are an agency. We arrange and coordinate shipments with trusted carriers and keep you informed along the way.
Can I book entirely online?
No. Contact the agency first. Once arrangements are agreed, an administrator registers the shipment and issues a tracking number.
Do you work with both individuals and businesses?
Yes. Personal parcels and commercial cargo are handled by the same team.
