How it works

From first contact to final delivery.

Shipping with an agency should feel like handing over a problem and getting back a tracking number. Here is exactly what happens, and what we need from you at each stage.

Stage 1

Contact the agency

Start with a short message. You do not need every detail yet.

What to tell us

  • What you are sending and roughly how much
  • Where it is going and where it starts
  • Any deadline or budget limit

What you get back

An agent replies with suitable options: air, sea, road or express, and what each would mean for cost and timing.

Stage 2

Share shipment details

Accurate details prevent delays at customs and handover.

Cargo information

  • Weight and dimensions of each piece
  • Contents and declared value
  • Packaging type and any fragile items

Contact information

Full sender and receiver names, addresses and phone numbers so the carrier can complete delivery.

Customs declaration forms and a passport on a desk

Stage 3

We arrange dispatch

Our agency books the route, prepares paperwork with you and hands your cargo to trusted carriers.

Booking and handover

We confirm the mode, schedule and pickup. Cargo is collected or dropped off, checked and secured.

Documentation

Invoices, packing lists and customs entries are checked against each other before cargo leaves.

Stage 4

Track through delivery

Your tracking number shows confirmed checkpoints from collection to the receiver’s door.

What you can see

  • Current status and last confirmed location
  • Route overview and event history
  • Estimated delivery window

If something changes

If a delay or customs hold appears, the status updates and our agency contacts you with next steps.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need a business account to ship?

No. Individuals and businesses both ship through our agency. Contact us and we will guide you.

How soon will I get a tracking number?

Once the shipment is booked and registered, you receive a tracking number you can use on the tracking page.

Can I change details after booking?

Contact our agency as early as possible. Some changes are easy before dispatch and harder once cargo is moving.
